Terms and Conditions of Service

  1. Payment Terms
    Invoices are payable within 21 working days unless an alternative payment schedule is indicated on the invoice or order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Effikacious LLC reserves the right to charge a fixed interest fee of 10% on the outstanding amount. Effikacious LLC also reserves the right to suspend any provision of services without prior notice in the case of late payment.
  2. Debt Recovery
    If payment is overdue by more than sixty (60) days from the due date, Effikacious LLC reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency. All associated legal fees, debt collection costs, and related expenses will be borne by the client.
  3. Withholding Tax
    In certain jurisdictions, withholding tax may be applicable according to local tax regulations. Any withholding tax is the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid directly to the relevant tax authorities. Under no circumstances will Effikacious LLC be responsible for any withholding taxes. The full invoice amount remains payable to Effikacious LLC, excluding any local tax deductions.
  4. Service Performance
    Effikacious LLC is committed to providing high-quality services in accordance with agreed timelines. However, Effikacious LLC's obligations are considered "best-effort" and are not guaranteed to deliver a specific outcome or result. Effikacious LLC will not be held responsible for any claims for damages made against the client by third parties, including end consumers.
  5. Claims and Complaints
    Any claims or complaints related to the delivery of services must be submitted to Effikacious LLC in writing via registered mail to the company’s official address within 8 days of service delivery. Failure to submit claims within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of any right to claim.
  6. Governing Law
    All contractual relations between Effikacious LLC and the client are governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. Any disputes or legal matters will be handled under the jurisdiction of U.S. courts.
